Whole Body Pilates is a holistic 30-day Pilates challenge to help you transform your body and mind through daily 30-minute workouts and weekly wellness practices.

Join me on the mat each day during this 30-day, holistic Pilates challenge. Together we will work on improving the brain and body connection through daily 30-minute workouts. We will also have rest days each week dedicated to a specific relaxing or breathing exercise to keep you centered and grounded. Whole Body Pilates will help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and resilience in all areas of your life.
